Students at HCS pride themselves on achieving the very best A level results, securing their places at some of the most prestigious universities in the UK and overseas.

Congratulations to our second cohort of students in 2025 who received outstanding results again.

Class of 2025

Our class of 2025 achieved phenomenal results. 42% of students gained an A/A* and 72% received an A*-B. These grades have put us as the second highest performing sixth form in Hackney.

Our ALPs score for progress is a red 3 – meaning that we are in the top 15% of sixth across the entire country for progress.

Every year, typically in October, the government publishes official performance tables for all schools, including key benchmarks such as: student progress and attainment, attendance, and destinations i.e. whether our students progressed into education or employment.
